When will I receive my plates?

The plates are dispatched within 48 hours of us accepting the order, if the order is placed between our working hours of Monday to Friday 10 am - 5 pm. However, if the order is placed outside these days/times, they will be dispatched within 48 hours of the next working day. Our plates are dispatched by Royal Mail and are sent first class which is estimated to be delivered in 1-2 working days, but this is not guaranteed. What if I want to change my order?

In certain circumstances where an order has been placed but we have not yet processed the order i.e. we have not yet started to create the plates we may be willing to change the details of the order, however this is at our discretion. You will need to notify us as soon as possible

What if I want to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, the name plates are personalised products and made to your specification, therefore under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we are obliged to inform you that we do not offer a cancellation period once the order has been placed.

What if I do not have the date of birth, weight, and/or time of birth?

These are optional details and we can still provide you the plate with just the name.

What if I am not at home when the plates are delivered and I miss the delivery?

Our plates are dispatched by Royal Mail and if you miss a delivery, they will leave a notification for you to collect the product from the local sorting office and/or rearrange delivery.
